We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Growth to own how users discover, activate, adopt, and stick with Aftershoot.
This is not a “run experiments on button colors” role.
This is about building growth systems that compound.
🚀 Your Mission
Own growth across the entire user journey.
From first touch to power user.
You will drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
Not as isolated funnels. As one connected system.
🎯 What You Will Be Doing
Own growth strategy and roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
Identify and unlock growth loops within the product, not just channels outside it
Deeply understand user behavior. Where they drop off, why they convert, what makes them stay
Partner with product, design, and engineering to build growth features, not just campaigns
Design and run experiments across onboarding, paywalls, pricing, and engagement surfaces
Work closely with marketing to align product growth with distribution and positioning
Build and optimize onboarding flows that drive faster time to value
Improve product adoption through better education, nudges, and lifecycle interventions
Define and track key growth metrics like activation rate, retention cohorts, LTV, and conversion
Create feedback loops between data, user insights, and product decisions
💪 What We’re Looking For
Experience
6 to 9 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on growth
Experience in B2C or PLG SaaS products is highly preferred
Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a plus
Growth & Product Thinking
Strong understanding of growth levers across the funnel
Ability to think in systems. Not just experiments
Experience building onboarding, retention, and monetization strategies
Strong intuition for user behavior and decision-making
Analytics & Tools
Comfortable working with data using tools like Mixpanel, PostHog, GA, or similar
Working knowledge of SQL or equivalent
Ability to define metrics, run experiments, and interpret results with clarity
Execution
Ability to move fast, prioritize well, and ship consistently
Comfortable working in ambiguity and making tradeoffs
Collaboration
Strong cross-functional skills across product, engineering, design, and marketing
Clear communicator who can align teams around growth goals
✨ Nice to Have
Experience working on creator tools or creative workflows
Familiarity with subscription models and pricing experiments
Experience building or scaling PLG products
Past experience in startups, side projects, or entrepreneurial work
